Patisserie Land sells handcrafted Lebanese and Mediterranean sweets and pastries online for delivery within the UK and internationally (where available).
2. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. We’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund if we cancel your order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur, if we discover a pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing your payment.
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellations & Returns
Please note: because our products are fresh, perishable food items made to order, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to perishable goods once preparation has begun, in line with Regulation 28(1)(d).
If there is a problem with your order, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at info@patisserie-land.co.uk within 3 days of delivery with photos where possible, and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality) are not affected by this policy.
6. Allergens
Our products are handmade in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk/dairy, nuts (including tree nuts), sesame, soya, and egg. While we take care to list ingredients accurately on each product page, we cannot guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering to confirm ingredient details, or review the ingredients listed on each product page.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of Patisserie Land and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Patisserie Land is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987).
